The Honourable Member is invited to refer to the answers to Written Questions E‑005087/2011, E‑005291/2011, E‑006543/2011, E‑007161/2011, E‑007308/2011 and E‑8496/11[1] which address the issues of stray dogs and of dog population management.

In addition Ukraine, not being a Member State of the European Union, there is even less reason for the Commission to act in this field.
