Sweden has threatened to sue the Commission for a delay in the publication of the criteria that are necessary to ban hormone-affecting substances[1]. The Commission has stated that it is conducting an impact analysis.

Such a reaction is uncommon for Sweden. What steps will the Commission take regarding this matter?
