 Subject:  Principle of fair compensation in European regulations on medicines — justice for thalidomide victims
 Answer in writing 

In light of the response to Written Question E-009231/2014 on justice for thalidomide victims, is the Commission going to launch a dialogue with the Member States with a view to incorporating in current European legislation on medicines the principle of fair compensation for the victims of such scandals, who have to live with the tragic consequences for the rest of their lives?
