Answer given by Mr Avramopoulos on behalf of the Commission

The Commission refers the Honourable Member to its answer to Written Question E-009810/2014. In addition, following a technical meeting beginning of February 2015, the Commission is awaiting further information requested from the Spanish authorities before finalising its assessment on how both Spain and the United Kingdom have implemented the Commission's recommendations of 15 November 2013 and 30 July 2014.
