Illegal immigration from Kosovo has increased to an unparalleled extent. The number of Kosovans (mainly Albanian) that have left Kosovo has risen to 100 000 people since August 2014. According to the Commission, the number of Kosovan asylum-seekers has increased by 40% since December.

What measures does the Commission intend to take to address this problem?

What are the consequences for the Stabilisation and Association Agreement?

In these circumstances, does the Commission consider it desirable to continue the dialogue with Kosovo on the liberalisation of visas?
