Parliament’s resolution of 27 February 2014 on the use of armed drones[1], which was adopted with an overwhelming majority, explicitly called on the VP/HR and the Council to ‘oppose and ban the practice of extrajudicial targeted killings’ and to ‘include armed drones in relevant European and international disarmament and arms control regimes’.

— Does the VP/HR plan to do so?
