In previous replies to Members regarding the coverage of Annex III of the VAT Directive, the Commission has stated that this may be reviewed, but that no decision on this matter is expected before late 2016.

As this timeframe is now approaching, could the Commission please clarify when it intends to carry out a review of the coverage of Annex III, so that this provision may be extended to defibrillators and other life-saving equipment?
