Does the Commission envisage that the introduction of the apportionment model in the CCCTB proposal will either increase or decrease the amounts of corporation tax paid in different Member States?

Will the Commission carry out an impact assessment regarding the likely changes to amounts of corporation tax that will be paid in different Member States under the apportionment model in the CCCTB proposal?
