Between 24 September and 5 October 2018, the Dutch gendarmerie held the exercise ‘Lowlands Grenade 2018’ in Zoutkamp. This exercise was part of ‘European Union Police Services Training’ (EUPST). Partners in this scheme also include the European Gendarmerie Force (EUROGENDFOR). The Dutch Marechaussee was also in charge of the steering committee for ‘Lowlands 2016’ in Germany.
