The Commission has proposed new rules to make it easier and faster for law enforcement and judicial authorities to obtain the electronic evidence they need to investigate and eventually prosecute criminals.
Can the Commission say whether the privacy rights and the fundamental rights and freedoms of all parties involved were duly considered before the new legal framework was proposed?
