Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), or myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), is a chronic condition that affects many people, but little is known about its precise causes.
To date, no recognised ways of properly diagnosing and treating the condition exist.
Does the EU provide funds for research into this condition so that diagnosis and treatment can be improved?
What practical steps is the EU taking to improve our knowledge of ME/CFS?
