Question for written answer E-004563/2019

Their quality of life suffers as a result and they are left unequal to the demands of present-day society and of the educational and economic sectors.

Unimpeded Internet access for all European citizens should accordingly be an EU priority, in line with its digital agenda and its objectives with regard to technology and innovation.

If this can be achieved, enormous social and economic benefits will accrue to the EU itself.
