Question for written answer E-000647/2020
to the Commission
Rule 138
Patryk Jaki (ECR)
 Answer in writing
Subject: The Datteln 4 coal-fired power plant

Datteln 4, a coal-fired power plant, is soon to open in Germany. What is the Commission’s position on that?

The Commission takes a negative stance on the issue of coal-fired power plants in Poland, where, as everyone knows, a rapid transition to other forms of energy is not possible.
