Guide to EU funding for long-term care

The ageing of society in the EU presents many challenges for the future, especially in the area of quality and affordable long-term care. A number of EU funds and programmes, in the current and, even more so, the next financial perspective, therefore provide, or will provide, support for this area.

Everyone in the EU who provides such care needs to be given help to make it easier to find the support they need.

Does the Commission intend to publish a guide to EU funding for long-term care along the lines of the guide which it has drawn up in the current financial perspective on funding for the tourism sector? [1]
