New national consultation attacking the EU by the Orbán Government

The Orbán Government has announced another national consultation, following those of previous years. After the national consultations of 2011 on amendments to the Fundamental Law and 2015 on immigration and terrorism and that of 2017 entitled ‘Stop Brussels!’, the Government will now quiz citizens with 13 questions on measures related to the coronavirus crisis, migration and policy regarding Brussels. In a press conference, Věra Jourová, Commissioner for Values and Transparency, answered a question from a journalist by saying that the 13th question in the national consultation – ‘Brussels is planning to launch an attack on the rules on immigration in the Hungarian Constitution. They want to force us to change the provisions of our Fundamental Law prohibiting migration. Do you agree that the Government should stand by the rules prohibiting immigration at the expense of open conflict with Brussels?’ – should be considered as ‘fake news’. In the light of the above I would like to ask the following:
