There are currently three staff members of the Commission suspended by decision of the Appointing Authority, according to Articles 23 and 24 of Annex IX to the Staff Regulations(1).

The allegations against these staff members are: misuse of the Commission’s Information and Communication Technology equipment, sexual harassment and unauthorised disclosure of non-public documents.

The Commission does not act as Appointing Authority for the other institutions and agencies on the matter.
