Rule 138
Kosma Złotowski (ECR)

The second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in travellers facing many barriers when crossing the EU’s internal borders, including finding out about restrictions that have been introduced at the last minute, such as the need to undergo quarantine or testing. The chaos associated with the frequent modifications to existing restrictions is also a problem for hauliers, who are forced to suddenly change their schedules. In addition, the lack of uniform regulations results in many illogical and absurd situations, such as people being required to undergo two quarantines one after another, or being unable to travel to certain countries from their home countries unless they use an airport in a neighboring country.
