As of 28 January 2021, the Commission has taken more than 430 decisions approving 525 national measures notified by 27 Member States and the United Kingdom to support businesses in the context of the current Covid-19 crisis, of which more than 50 decisions concern the transport sector.

All Commission decisions on state aid in the transport sector, including those linked to the Covid-19 pandemic and containing the information sought, are available on the Commission webpage(1).

The Commission is in contact with the German authorities on a possible aid measure to the benefit of Deutsche Bahn AG. Since this is a pending case, the Commission cannot provide any further details.
