The ECIPES27 concept is proposing to develop and implement a programme aimed directly at citizens, mayors and young people – our future – providing access to European funds from an online platform via electronic signature for fast-track EU support, cutting administrative costs and red tape considerably.

• 1.Would the Commission approve ECIPES27 once there are letters of support from administrations representing 12 million people (from eight countries), higher education institutions with more than 350 000 graduates each year (from six countries), chambers of commerce (from Romania), media outlets (from two countries) and private institutions (from two countries)?
• 2.Could we approve a programme that will help to increase the EU’s strategic autonomy, as all products and services procured exclusively from the EU under the programme will only be used in the real sector of the economy, thus generating jobs and channelling considerable financial resources to European economic operators, contributing to the emergence of new areas of activity? Or does the Commission offer a similar programme that specifically supports the EU’s strategic industrial autonomy?
• 3.Can we simultaneously encourage and support young people in all EU countries through a platform available at the click of a button, ensuring their involvement in the real sector of the economy, as proposed by ECIPES27?
