ILO Convention No. 190 on the elimination of violence and harassment entered into force in June 2021. On 22 January 2020, the European Commission put forward a proposal for a Council decision that would enable the Member States to ratify the convention.

What steps has the Council taken in the meantime to act on that proposal without delay?
