The Commission has received three letters from the Danish authorities with technical questions on certain legal aspects of the recommendation of 14 July 2020[1]. The Commission Services sent responses to each of these letters in the period between September 2020 and September 2021.

The Danish authorities also requested a virtual meeting at high level with the relevant Commission Services, which took place on 24th March 2022, and is due to be followed by a further technical meeting.
