Is the Commission planning to measure the crisis areas within the European Union, many of which are mainly inhabited by Roma, and planning to come up with a detailed action plan, a Community Action Plan on Roma to take effective and immediate measures to abolish poverty and social exclusion?

Considering that Member States in the past two decades have achieved very little, yet the European labour market as well as the whole of European society would greatly benefit from the inclusion of the Roma, is the Commission envisaging taking the initiating, financing, monitoring and implementing role on the basis of this map of the crisis areas?

Since an integrated approach is the only acceptable way of dealing with the inclusion of different groups instead of segregated or detached bodies, are those Commissioners who are directly or indirectly responsible for the desegregation and integration of Roma communities planning to coordinate their activities and cooperate in forming the Community Action Plan in 2008?
