On 14 June 2010, the Council called on the Commission to draw up a strategy for the Atlantic region by June 2011.

The Commission launched a public consultation and is now preparing a communication on an EU strategy for the Atlantic region.

Can the Commission provide information on the results of this consultation and explain its priorities for the strategy?
