What steps is the Commission taking to combat wildlife crime and in particular:
– to make sure that wildlife crime is placed high on the political agenda both within the EU and globally;
– to strengthen the capacity and resolve of law enforcement agencies at all levels, both within the EU and worldwide;
– to ensure that the necessary funding will be provided in all of the above areas?
