On 20 June 2014 the Commission adopted the final implementation report of the EU Internal Security Strategy 2010-2014. The report was also intended as the launch of a policy discussion and consultation on the features and priorities of the new Internal Security Strategy for the period 2015-2019.

1. Can the Commission indicate what, in its view, the main priorities and actions of the new Internal Security Strategy should be?

2. Can the Commission indicate the timetable it envisages for the preparation of the new Internal Security Strategy and how it intends to take Parliament’s input into account?
