 Answer in plenary
 Subject: 2021 UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in Glasgow, UK

What actions is the Council taking to ensure that during the COP26 Climate Conference in Glasgow significant progress is made with the aim of:

– increasing the level of ambition of nationally determined contributions and adopting mid-century net-zero emission targets worldwide in order for all parties to deliver on the overall Paris target;

– successfully finalising the work on the Paris Agreement Work Programme and Rulebook, in particular on Article 6, transparency and a common timeframe;

– scaling up climate finance mobilisation and sustainable finance?
