What action is the Council taking to ensure that significant progress is made during the COP27 Climate Conference in Sharm El-Sheik to:

• 1.increase the ambition of the Nationally Determined Contributions and adopt mid-century net-zero emission targets worldwide for all Parties to deliver on the overall Paris target?
• 2.scale up climate-finance mobilisation and sustainable finance?
• 3.accelerate action and support for adaptation and resilience?
