On 5 March 2025, Commission Vice-President Henna Virkkunen spoke on Deutsche Welle about the need to hold a ‘round table’ on the elections in Poland.

She said that various scenarios were being analysed with the national authorities, NGOs and communication platforms, and announced ‘content recommendation systems’.

In this connection:

• 1.Who will take part in the ‘round table’ on the elections in Poland?
• 2.Will it be a public meeting?
• 3.What criteria will be used to assess communication practices and content during the ongoing election campaign in Poland, and who determined those criteria?
