Priority question for written answer
to the Commission
Rule 138
Karen Melchior (Renew)
Subject: Danish entry restrictions in connection with Covid-19

In connection with Covid-19, entry restrictions were introduced at Denmark’s borders. Entry into Denmark is now possible for boyfriends and girlfriends from Germany and the Nordic countries, but not from other EU countries.

Will the Commission explain whether the current entry restrictions in Denmark, which make it easier for some EU citizens to enter, are discriminatory under EU law?
