 Subject: Support for Member State projects from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF)

To be eligible for assistance from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), Member States are required draw up a package of reform and public investment projects to be implemented up to 2026.

The opening date for sending in their drafts to the Commission was 15 October 2020 and the final versions may be submitted as soon as the RRF is legally in force - in principle by 30 April at the latest. In view of this:

1. How many (and which) Member States have already submitted their draft packages for RRF assistance?

2. What is the Commission’s assessment of the plans submitted by Belgium?

3. How does the Commission intend to measure progress by Member States in achieving climate goals and other targets?
