Over the last few weeks, extreme weather in the northern and north-eastern regions of France has caused a number of rivers to burst their banks, flooding both agricultural and populated areas.

• 1.How much support can the rural development programmes offer to restore the land and productive potential of the farms affected?
• 2.What specific measures can the regional funds finance to support reconstruction efforts in the affected regions?
