Following the announcement by the President of the European Commission that selected Russian banks would be cut off from the SWIFT system, I would like to ask the following:

• 1.Which Russian banks have been or will be cut off from the SWIFT system, and which ones will not?
• 2.What is the expected impact of cutting off selected banks from SWIFT on EU-Russia strategic trade, including the supply of oil and gas from Russia to the EU?
