Can the Commission say:

• 1.what immediate action it has taken to ensure that humanitarian aid is sent to the Syrian earthquake victims, especially in the areas of destruction, following the provisional easing of the restrictions imposed on Syria?
• 2.whether the aid is sufficient for the reconstruction of the country in view of the destruction wreaked by the severe earthquake, especially in areas that have already sustained extensive damage caused by the long-running hostilities?
• 3.to what extent the restrictions imposed on Syria have achieved their the intended purpose and how severe the consequences have been for the Syrian people?
