Recommendation for second reading on the Council position at first reading with a view to the adoption of a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2008/98/EC on waste [06978/2/2025 - C10-0139/2025 - 2023/0234(COD)] - Committee on the Environment, Climate and Food Safety. The President announced that no proposal to reject or amend the Council position's had been tabled pursuant to Rules 68 and 69.

The Council position was therefore deemed to have been approved.

The proposed act was thus adopted (P10_TA(2025)0167).
