Corrections to votes:

Election of the European Ombudsman

David Hammerstein Mintz had informed the Chair that he had been present but had not taken part in the election of the Ombudsman.

The Minutes of the previous sitting were approved.

Roger Knapman spoke on an incident that had occurred that morning in the context of a demonstration against the Constitution. He demanded an explanation for what had happened (the President cut him off and told him that he would receive an answer in due time).
