At the request of the GUE/NGL Group, Parliament ratified the following appointment:

Pedro Guerreiro as a member of the:

- REGI Committee

- PECH Committee

- Temporary committee on policy challenges and budgetary means of the enlarged Union 2007-2013

- Delegation to the EU-Mexico Joint Parliamentary Committee
