13. Parliament's estimates for 2006 (debate)

Report on the estimates of revenue and expenditure of Parliament for the financial year 2006 (2005/2012(BUD)) - Committee on Budgets. Rapporteur: Valdis Dombrovskis (A6-0106/2005)

The following spoke: Markus Ferber, on behalf of the PPE-DE Group, Louis Grech, on behalf of the PSE Group, Kyösti Tapio Virrankoski, on behalf of the ALDE Group, Sergej Kozlík, Non-attached Member, Laima Liucija Andrikienė and Hans-Peter Martin, who expressed his reservations about the report being put to the vote the following day, and pointed out that the answer on the matter that he had received from the President of Parliament (Minutes of 09.05.2005, Item 12) was, in his opinion, lacking in information, Hynek Fajmon, Zbigniew Krzysztof Kuźmiuk, Paul Rübig, Janusz Lewandowski (Chairman of the BUDG Committee) on Hans-Peter Martin's remarks, also pointing out that the voting procedure in committee had taken place in accordance with the Rules, and Hans-Peter Martin on Mr Lewandowski's remarks. After summing up the substance of the President of Parliament's letter to Hans-Peter Martin, the President suggested that, if Mr Martin wished to pursue the matter, he should do so in line with the Rules of Procedure.
