Gianni Pittella (rapporteur) spoke before the vote to introduce the following technical corrections:

- on line 15 06 06 (Special Annual Events) the words 'at the new Museum of Europe' should be deleted from the remarks,

- in the remarks on line 19 03 06 (European Union Special Representatives) the word 'envoy' should be replaced by the word 'representative' in order to be consistent with the title of the line,

- in amendment 0771 (block 4), the full amount of payment appropriations on budget line 22 02 01 01 should appear on the line,
