Council and Commission statements: Belarus - the political situation after the elections

Hans Winkler (President-in-Office of the Council) made the statement.

Ole Krarup expressed his disappointment that the House had been informed at such a late stage that the debate would be taking place (the President replied that the relevant provisions of the Rules had been complied with).

László Kovács (Member of the Commission) made the statement.
