Şerban Nicolae, an Observer at the European Parliament designated by the Romanian Senate, had given notice of his resignation with effect from 10.04.2006. In line with the relevant rules adopted by the Bureau, Parliament would inform the Romanian authorities of the resignation in order for them to designate a replacement. |
