Miscellaneous Amendment 27 should read as follows: ‘1. The indicative financial framework for the implementation of the present programme for the seven-year period beginning on 1 January 2007 specified in Article 1 is EUR 233.46 million.’ The PSE Group had withdrawn its amendment 55, except for the words ‘individual and collective means of’ (Article 2, paragraph 2, point (c), third indent). Those words were to be taken as an addition to amendment 20. Ingeborg Gräßle moved an oral amendment to amendment 59, which now read as follows: ‘2a. The overall administrative expenditure of the programme, including internal and management expenditure for any Executive Agency created to administer this programme, should be proportionate to the tasks provided for under the programme and is subject to decision of the budgetary and legislative authorities.’
