- Camiel Eurlings (rapporteur), who objected to the Verts/ALE Group's proposal for paragraph 30 to be placed after paragraph 22 in the section on democracy and the rule of law (the proposal was put to the vote and rejected);

- Camiel Eurlings, who objected to the Verts/ALE Group's proposal for the text of paragraph 33 to be placed at the beginning of paragraph 31 and for the two to be merged into one paragraph (the proposal was put to the vote and rejected).

- Jan Marinus Wiersma, who moved an oral amendment to amendment 51, which was incorporated;

- Camiel Eurlings, on the split vote on paragraph 72;

- Camiel Eurlings, who moved an oral amendment to amendment 59, which was incorporated;
