4. Transfers of appropriations

The Committee on Budgets had considered the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 10/2007 (C6-0107/2007 - SEC(2007)0370).

Having noted the Council's opinion, it had authorised the transfer in part under Article 24(3) of the Financial Regulation of 25.6.2002, as amended on 13.12.2006.

The Committee on Budgets had considered the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 12/2007 (C6-0121/2007 - SEC(2007)0558).

It had rejected the part relating to Article 19 10 03 – Cooperation with developing countries east of Jordan.

It had approved the following transfer under Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation of 25.6.2002, as amended on 13.12.2006:
