The Conference of Presidents had decided that a part-session would be held in Brussels on 27.06.2007, starting at 15.00.

At the part-session, the Council would inform Parliament of the outcome of the European Council meeting in Brussels on 21 and 22 June 2007 and set out the conclusions of the German Presidency.

The Gargani report on the verification of Beniamino Donnici's credentials (A6-0179/2007) had been placed on the agenda for the following day, Wednesday, 23.05.2007 at 21.00, before the Gierek report (A6-0159/2007).
