14. Membership of Parliament

Marilisa Xenogiannakopoulou, Panagiotis Beglitis, Georgios Karatzaferis, Antonis Samaras and Nikolaos Sifunakis had been elected to the Greek Parliament.

Parliament noted their election and established the existence of the vacancies concerned with effect from 26.09.2007 under Article 7(2) of the Act concerning the election of representatives of the European Parliament by direct universal suffrage and Rule 4(1).
