14. Transfers of appropriations

The Committee on Budgets had considered the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 33/2007 (C6-0270/2007 - SEC(2007)1068).

It had authorised the transfer in full under Article 24(2) and (3) of the Financial Regulation of 25.06.2002, as amended on 13.12.2006.

Having noted the Council's opinion, it had authorised the transfer in full under Article 24(3) of the Financial Regulation of 25.06.2002, as amended on 13.12.2006.
