The President announced that Daniela Buruiană-Aprodu and Cristian Stănescu had informed him in writing of their decision to leave the ITS Group, with effect from 14.11.2007.
The President concluded that the number of members of the ITS Group had now fallen below the minimum required to form a political group laid down by Rule 29(2).
Parliament took note of the fact that the ITS Group no longer fulfilled the conditions of the said Rule. As a consequence, the group ceased to exist with effect from the moment of this announcement.
