At its meeting of 14.01.2008, the JURI Committee, pursuant to Rule 3(4), had considered the objections to the appointment of Giulietto Chiesa as a Member of the European Parliament raised by Beniamino Donnici. The JURI Committee had unanimously rejected these objections and confirmed Giulietto Chiesa's mandate. |
