11. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:

- Proces-verbal of rectification to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Albania, of the other part;

- Proces-verbal of rectification to the Agreement, signed at Luxembourg on 25 June 2005, amending the Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23 June 2000.
