- Françoise Castex (rapporteur) proposed that amendment 21 be placed after paragraph 40 (Parliament agreed to this proposal); stated that the French version of amendment 62, and of all the other amendments, was authentic; and moved an oral amendment to amendment 30, which was incorporated.

- Avril Doyle pointed out an error in the PPE-DE Group voting list concerning amendment 55;

- After final vote, Dirk Sterckx stated that it would have been preferable to apply Rule 156 to this report.
